Hey girlfriends, it’s WakeboardTraveller.Com here and I am so pumped for another summer of wakeboarding! As you know, I’ve been hitting the waves for a few years now and have tried my fair share of Best Women’s Wakeboard Bindings. While the board and boat are crucial, your bindings are what connects you to the board and can really make or break your ride.

After testing out a bunch this season, I put together this list of what I think are the absolute best womens wakeboard bindings. I’ll go through my top picks for 2023 based on comfort, performance, style and price. Plus I’ll share some tips on what to look for when choosing your bindings so you can find the perfect pair!

Let’s get started with my #1 pick…

Best Women’s Wakeboard Bindings

Best Price

Ronix Parks

5.0 (1 ratings) $227.81 – $272.99
The classic Ronix fit, engineered on top of the adaptive MainFrame chassis. Our most affordable closed toe boot, the Parks is the perfect mix of style and functionality. Our AutoLock technology will hold you in tight to the Stage 2 liner with additional ankle support for increased response and performance.

Pros
Precision-crafted for high-performance wakeboarding.
Aggressive 3-stage rocker for explosive pop off the wake.
Mod Pour Foam Core for a lightweight and responsive feel.
Durable construction for long-term enjoyment on the water.
Cons
Advanced features may be more tailored to experienced riders.
Limited color and design options for those seeking a more personalized aesthetic.

The Ronix Parks are hands down my favorite womens wakeboard bindings for this season. They have a medium flex rating that works well for my intermediate riding style, giving me both control and flexibility to work on new tricks.

I love the dual lace zones with AutoLock system that make getting in and out super easy, and the Stage 2 liner is so plush and comfortable. It really hugs my feet without any pinching or pressure points.

While they provide plenty of support and response, the Ronix Parks still have enough give to tweak out grabs and presses. And they come in some really cute color combos!

  • Flex Rating: Medium
  • Lacing System: Dual Lace Zones with AutoLock

Cons
Limited color and design options for those seeking a more personalized aesthetic.
May be more suitable for riders at the intermediate level and above.

If you’re looking for a more budget-friendly option, the Hyperlite Remix bindings are awesome quality without the premium price tag.

They have an open toe design that I find fits smaller or narrower feet really well. The dual lace system is easy to tighten and loosen for a customized fit, and the base is lightweight with great board feel.

While they don’t have quite as much cushioning as the Ronix, the Remix still provide decent comfort at an affordable price point. For beginner and intermediate riders, these are a great choice!

  • Lacing System: Dual Lace Closure

As a beginner wakeboarder just learning the ropes (pun intended!), you’ll want a binding with a softer flex rating for more maneuverability and forgiveness as you get comfortable behind the boat.

The Liquid Force Classic 6X is designed just for you! It has a super flexible baseplate that allows for easy edging and turning, while the open toe design makes entry a breeze.

Dual lace zones let you customize the fit, and the lightweight feel reduces fatigue so you can focus on having fun and progressing your skills. This is a great starter binding that will help build confidence.

What to Look for in Women’s Wakeboard Bindings

Best Women's Wakeboard Bindings
Best Women’s Wakeboard Bindings

Now that you’ve got an overview of my top picks, let’s get into what features and specs you should consider when shopping for your dream bindings!

  • Closure System: This is how you actually secure the bindings to your feet. Most use some form of laces, but options like the Ronix AutoLock system make getting in and out much faster and easier. Make sure it’s something you can tighten and adjust on your own.
  • Toe Design: Open toe bindings are easy to slip on and great for beginners, while closed toe provides more ankle support and keeps your feet locked in place for edging or landing jumps. Choose what feels most comfortable!
  • Flex Rating: Softer, more flexible bindings are better for beginners as they allow for more maneuverability and forgiveness. Intermediate and advanced riders need stiffer bindings for more response and control when edging or landing tricks.
  • Liner & Footbed: Look for thick, cushiony liners and footbeds that mold to your feet. This improves comfort and absorbs vibrations for a smoother ride. Some liners can even be heat molded at home for a custom fit.
  • Baseplate & Highback: Lightweight baseplates improve board feel and responsiveness. Supportive highbacks that are molded to fit your heels and ankles prevent slippage and give you more leverage over the board.
  • Price: Wakeboard bindings range from $150 to over $500. In general, more expensive bindings have better materials, customizable liners and superior performance. But even budget options today have great quality!
